Forest Bathing inspired home
The development is inspired by the concept of “Forest Bathing”, or Shinrin-yoku (森林浴), this Japanese practice has been scientifically proven as a way to help reduce the stress and strain of urban life.
The idea being that spending time in the forest and natural areas is good preventative medicine, since it lowers stress, which causes or exacerbates some of our most intractable health issues.
Forest Bathing allows you to heal your body, mind and soul by slowing down and connecting with nature that surrounds you.
The development is located in the verdant District 21, a region highlighted in the Urban Development Authority’s (URA) Master Plan 2019 for future heritage conservation efforts, further development of nature sites, and enhanced connectivity through the Integrated Transport Hub (ITH).
Offering homeowners the perfect balance of peaceful solitude just minutes away from vibrant city life, VERDALE is nestled among some of Singapore’s most well-known nature sites and reserves, namely Bukit Timah Hill, Bukit Batok Nature Park and Hindhede Park, as well as key recreational corridors such as the Rail Corridor and the upcoming Coast-to-Coast trail.
It is also well-served by many shops and eating outlets at the nearby Beauty World and Bukit Timah area.
Beauty World Rejuvenation
Under the recent Government initiatives and planning, there are exciting rejuvenation proposals for Beauty World that will benefit the residents living in that area, including Integrated Transport Hub (ITH), Elevated Sky Park, Railyway Corridor and Cross Island Line (CIL)
The development is the first project jointly developed by CSC Land Group and China Overseas Land & Investment Limited
